Die robuste Whitford® Xylan Antihaftbeschichtung mit zusätzlicher Titanium-Schicht sorgt für hervorragende Antihaft-Eigenschaften und eine lange Lebensdauer auch bei intensiver Nutzung im Gastro-Alltag. Der extra niedrige Rand erleichtert das gleichmäßige Verteilen des Teigs sowie das einfache Wenden der Crêpes.
