Der 6-flammige Gasherd der Kitchen Line ist für den intensiven Einsatz in Großküchen, Restaurants, Kantinen und Cateringbetrieben konzipiert. Mit einer Gesamtleistung von 28,5 kW bietet das Gerät hohe Leistungsreserven für schnelles Anbraten, Kochen und Arbeiten mit großen Pfannen und Töpfen.
Die Kombination aus drei 6,0-kW-Brennern und drei 3,5-kW-Brennern ermöglicht flexible Kochzonen für unterschiedliche Garprozesse. Dadurch können sowohl schnelle Hochtemperaturzubereitungen als auch schonendere Kochvorgänge effizient umgesetzt werden.
Der robuste Korpus aus Edelstahl sorgt für Langlebigkeit und einfache Reinigung im täglichen Einsatz. Pfannenträger und Brenner bestehen aus massivem Gusseisen und gewährleisten Stabilität sowie eine gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung. Der offene Unterbau bietet zusätzlichen Stauraum für Küchenutensilien oder Arbeitsmaterialien.
Alle Brenner sind mit einem Thermoelement ausgestattet, das für zusätzliche Sicherheit im Betrieb sorgt. Der Herd ist für Erdgas ausgelegt, ein Umrüstsatz für Flüssiggas (LPG) ist im Lieferumfang enthalten. Die Zündung erfolgt manuell.
