Gefertigt aus robustem Kohlenstoffstahl mit Eisenoxid-Beschichtung, bietet das Pizzablech einen exzellenten Korrosionsschutz sowie eine lange Lebensdauer. Die spezielle Blechperforation mit 3-mm-Löchern ermöglicht eine optimale Luftzirkulation, sodass der Pizzateig gleichmäßig gebacken wird und der Boden besonders knusprig gelingt.
